Hi, I have a field that occassionally gets commentary in it. When this happens the commentary runs off the field. I want to change that commentary to a smaller font when it happens. I know I canchange the color and the style, but, what about the size?

The commentary is always either "SPREADER", "TNTC" or "NR"

thanks

Sure. Select the field->right click->format field->font->size->x+2 and enter your conditions, e.g.,

if len({table.field}) > 4 then
8 else 10 //or whatever font sizes you want
