a application that I used in the past, because it is limited to US users only.
Can I change my IP so it will simulate a US IP?

You need to find a proxy server that is located in the US that will allow you to connect to the server. However that will probably violate your terms of service with the provider and they would be completely within their rights to lock your account.

Anonymizers provide this kind of proxy service, but it is frequently difficult to tell where in the world your anonymous connection will come from. Perhaps someone knows of a US-only anonymizer?
