In Windows Explorer(Windows XP), can I change individual file name fonts, colors, bold, italics etc?

I know that compressed files shows up blue, I would simply like any file to show color, bold etc.

I believe one can do this in Windows 7 but I havn't converted yet.

I should have added:

Windows version is XP-Pro plus

I'm not looking to purchase third party software.

Thanks Ben, I've come to the same conclusion.
