...to a DID on an Avaya S8500 Media Server? I am trying to take an internal extension 2911 and make it a DID 2809. I have never done this before. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

First make note of the port assigned to Ext. 2911. Change the port to 'x'. Do 'duplicate station 2911'. Enter '2809' and the port that was originally assigned to 2911. Add the name and press enter. Remove station 2911.
