LD20
req=prt
type=dnb
cust=0
dn= (extn number of the 3901)1867

then
req=out
type 3901

TN of the 3901(20 0 07 04)

then
req=new

I have not tried it since i read that supervisor phones cannot be copied, but will this exchange work, thanks

Nope..you can change just about anything you want on the Nortel phones, except the type of phone. You will have to out and rebuild....sorry...

Hope this helps.
