Can I block outgoing emails for 1 user ? 2

and maybe redirect them...
We'd like to stop one user sending external emails while he works out his notice. Can this be done? We use exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003.

Go to Exchange system manager, routing groups, SMTP connector. Select properties of this connector, click Delivery Restriction and add the user name under "reject message from".

I think this will restrict the user from sending Interent emails.
 
I have an FAQ ont he subject. You can block either incoming or outgoing or both.
