Can I block email with too many attachments ?

I'm bothered by folk that send me too many file attachments by email.
Is there some way that I can get postfix to count the attachments, and to reject or bounce the entire email if there's more than 3 files ?
Would need a suitable message to explain why email rejected.
Of course the sender could still send numerous emails of 3 files each, but hopefully they'd try and figure out a better way.

That's more of a task for procmail, you don't want your MTA doing stuff like that.

And don't bump your posts.
