Can I back up exchange during the day?

Hi there,
I use Backup Exec 8.5 with the Exchange client. I have everything working just fine (!) at the moment. What I would like to know is this, can I run the exchange backup during the day when we are using it without any ill effects?

The only issues I can see with you running it during the day is that the server may slow down.

Maybe consider just doing incremental or differential backups of the Exchange store, as this will only backup the log files.

Incremental will truncate the logs, differential backups won't.
