I'm using Outlook Exchange 2003. I have a third party company hosting my server side and would like to implement a backup process for when there is no internet connectivity. My idea is to export all public items (those only accessible with internet) regularly and import them into each users account. This would allow each user to have local copies of the shared data but it needs to be updated regularly and this is why I would like to automate the process.
I believe that the archiving functionality will remove data from the original location as it creates the archive while I NEED the original to stay as is but have copies on each users system. Thanks for your time with this.
