Can I anchor a Picture?

I am using MS Excel 2003, have a quiz score sheet spreadsheet. I enter the scores of the teams for each round and it totals it in the end column.

I want to use a small graphic of a Joker Card on the row of each team as they play their Joker. The problem is, when I select all of the rows and sort on the Total column, the teams change order according to their new total scores but the graphics stay where they are.

Is there a way to embed or anchor the pictures to the team name row so that when I re-sort the table the graphic of the Jokers will stay with the team name?
