I've got a customer who's saying that the speaker on their Partner ACS 18D phone is too low. They have the volume up to the max but when the equipment is running the nurses can't hear the speakerphone. Is there a way to add an external or paging speaker to an 18D? Can you do it through the AUX jack or some other way?

You could tear into the phone, and solder onto the speaker terminals to feed an external, self amplified speaker.
Or, if it is just to hear pages, connect the self amplified speaker to the page port and use simultaneous page instead of page group 1
