Can I add a disclaimer or footer on all outgoing mail?

We're using Notes 4.51 as a mail client.
I want to be able to add a footer/disclaimer to every outgoing e-mail (e.g. if this message is not for the intended recipient, ignore it etc ...)

Is there a way to do this that doesn't require programming/scripting knowledge of Notes (which I don't have)?
I can't find any reference in the Help documentation to this feature - if anyone could direct me to a source that describes how to do this that would be excellent.

You can always create your own stationary and use this when creating a new memo
