Can I activate USB ports with Windows 95

My computer is IBM Aptiva with windows 95. It has 2 Usb Ports,but they are not activated.Can you furnish a CD to conect them to a driver.If not how can I work my Epson Printer and HP 215 Dig. Camera,both have USB connecting cords. Thank you for any help you can give me larry7951@aol.com

Yes...and no.

In OSR2 and OSR3 releases there was patch that enabled the USB ports, but no becuase most devices will not work under Win95. You will have to browse the Windows 95 CD to find the program. However, a better recommendation is to purchase a copy of Windows 98. Depending on your system requirements, you possibly could purchase Windows XP. Mike Wills
