I have a weird case today. I am not sure if i replace the phone will solve the issue, Please let me know if someone has ever had similar issue and know the solution.
Also, I am not sure if this is system issue or not, i just got report that someone else is also having the same issue.
Once every few calls, the agent phone doesn't pick up right. She will answer and she can hear herself echo into the phone. The other end can hear her, but she cannot hear them.
The agent is using Nortel T7208 BCM
