Can Fly-Outs be stopped 1

I would like to stop fly-outs on mouse over, they tend to be a bit annoying. Is there any way to stop fly-outs? Tek-Tips fly-outs are OK since I know where they are and can expect them; it's the embedded ones that seem to have mouse over magnets that are the most annoying.

What do you mean by "fly-out" ? Perhaps the IntelliTXT ads ?

Yes, where one rolls over a double underlined text and is rewarded with an in-text ad by Vibrant. They're strewn throughout the text like a mine field. Your IntelliTXT is a proper example.

Well, this is not something you can efficiently fix with JavaScript. Install a script or request blocker for the browser you use and configure it to block those ads. Discussion on how to do it is more appropriate to forum608.
