Can Flash run VoloViewer (AutoDESK) and specify file to view?

Hi,

I want to create a CD-ROM with a Flash front-end and from I want a list of AutoCAD drawings, which the user can view. I would like these to be viewed in VoloView, the AutoCAD viewer so the user doesn't have to have AutoCAD to view them.

What I need to know is can Flash open the VoloView exe file and specify a drawing to view? (So that the user clicks a drawing and it loads in VoloView)..

Any ideas?
