I am created a resume on a cd and I want to give it to a few local companies but I can not figure out how to have it to where when a button is clicked on it will read from a file on the cd. I have placed the resume and the other files on a cd and in my personal computer I have it working but not everybodies cd rom is Q drive. If you will an interactive resume Please help me.

The way I would do it would be to have all files (including the flash.exe/player) on your cd then use the load movie command. You will (I think) have to have all parts of your resume in flash (.swf) to do this but that is the point in doing it in flash I guess.

The people you give your cd too will have to run it from their cd drive but that should be ok. Also, auto run files are pretty simple to write so it would start as soon as someone loads the cd into their drive.
