can embedded files be customized and then uploaded?

We have a girl who customizes all of our VM Pro WAV files and then I just upload them to VM Pro. I don't do much with Embedded VM, but was curious if the same could be done? I see the file types show up as *.c11 files types and not WAVS?

You can upload professional wav files using the LVMgreeting utility which converts them to c11 files.
