Can email addresses be exported to an Outlook distribution list

Given a table in which one of the columns is a listing of email addresses. Other columns are name, etc.

Can I export the email addresses and names (from, of course, a filtered query) into an Outlook distribution list?

Ideally, I'd like to create the distribution list from the Access output.

In both outlook and access look under the file menu. You can save as / export from access. You can import from outlook. I've never really played with it but it shouldn't be that hard to figure out something that works.
