Can Dynamic Text from a database be rotated in tween? 1

Can Dynamic Text from a database be rotated in tween?
It seems I can only scale dynamic text for effect (I can also use tint and alpha) .
But if I try to have it rotate on an axis or flatten or widen it while in motion tween, it doesn't appear at all. Is that a limitation?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Found this:

Device fonts cannot be scaled or rotated. Again, scaling or rotating may display fine during authoring, but will cause text to disappear in the published SWF. A text field that has been scaled or rotated, or a text field inside a symbol that has been scaled or rotated, will not display text.

After researching that page and putting the theory to test.
It would seem that yes, dynamic text CAN be rotated and tweened as long as:
1)The font used is NOT a device font :times, arial.._serif..etc
2)The font selected is embedded.
