Please help!
Having recently acquired a copy of Director 8.0 i have found that the files have to be Director 7.02 compatible.
This is a must do and therefore has given me a large problem which needs to be rectified ASAP.
Any help (downloads to convert backwards, advice, etc) would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

To my knolledge there is not a such program that takes a dir8 mov and converts it back to a 7 BUT a way arround this is to import cast and copy and paste you old scripts. If your new to director and havent used many scripts but instead have a lot of frames this could be time consumeing. I do recall some information on this very topic at the macromedia website in the tech notes. you might wanna check there for a deeper exsplanation.
Hope this helped,

Todd <img src=
