My firm uses one database for sales, one for equipment tracking, and one for its CRM.

I've been tasked with compiling a report that looks at the sales database and the CRM database.

When I try to link fields from one database to the other Crystal presents an error that states different drivers are required and not to use any server side or sql statements.

A subreport is not possible as I need to filter the report data based on one field in the CRM database but all of the information for the report will be from the sales database.

Has anyone run into this? Is there a workaround?

I'm using crystal 11
I'm not sure of the database type for sales it's on a windows server the product is MAX if that helps
The CRM database is ACCESS

Did you try just ignoring the error messages? AS long as you don't then use SQL Expressions or Group on Server, you should be okay.
