Can CS1000E interface PA system to play an announcement from CallPilot

Does anyone know if it is possible to to Play an announcement from the CallPilot of a PA system?

A customer wants to, In the case of an emergency be able to play a pre-recorded message over the PA system from the CallPilot.

They said that they were able to do this on their old Octel system.

If the trunks are type PAG, then this is harder due to restrictions of Conferencing a PAG trunk to anything.

However, if the paging is any other trunk type, just Dial the PAGE number, then use a NHC key to dial the Call Pilot Announcement. When it is done playing, press the original line you paged from, and the calls are un-joined and you can hang up.

NHC = No Hold Conference. It is just a KEY. It is so you don't have to put anything "on hold" while you connect the parties together.

NHC was designed for 911 centers, so the agent did not have to say "Hold on" and put the distraught or suicidal caller on hold while they sought assistance from another agent.
