Can CR8.5 reports be deployed to web using CE10

Hi,
I'm new to CE10. I use both CR10 and CR8.5. Deploying CR10 to web can be handled well using CE10. I have a douth whether CR8.5 report be deployed to web using CE10? If yes, are there any limitations to use CE10 for CR8.5 reports?

Hi,
Once the 8.5 report is published to the CE10 system, it will no longer be in 8.5 format and will not be able to be opened/modified by 8.5..Given this, why not open it in CR10 and move it to CE10 from that version?

I have other third party products which wont work with CR10.

Hi,
Given the age and lack of support for 8.5, those products should be redone - If the vendor is that out-of-date,you may want to look for other solutions to whatever those products provide..

I´m in the same situation as you with reports that must be able to work both in 8.5 and 10.
To handle this I develop reports in 8.5 and keep a copy of the report in that format.
I then publish the report in the CE10 system (it´s no problem running the 8.5 report).
If I must do any changes in the report, I have to pick up the 8.5 copy and make the changes and then republish it in the CE10 system.
