Can controls be frame relative?

In terms of size. I have a control that is bordered, and other controls with the can grow property = Yes. I would like these bordered controls to be frame relative vertically so the border looks in tact.

Can this be done in access?

Remove the borders from the controls and use code (the Line method) in the On Print event of the section containing the controls.
