Can connect VPN, but cannot see network.

I'm baffled. I have set up a Win2k Server for PPTP VPN accessability. I am able to connect to the VPN Server, but then unable to browse the now connected to network via Network Neighborhood or by mapping a drive. Any help would be appreciated.

A quick note. I attempted to ping the internal gateway, server ip, and netbios name of the server that I can successfully VPN into without success.

Find your lmhosts.sam file on the client PC.
Copy it to lmhosts.
At the bottom of lmhosts enter

ip address of VPN Server some spaces Server Name some spaces #PRE

i.e.
65.118.91.18 HONCHO #PRE

Restart VPN dial up.
