Can Column Mappings Default Be Changed to DELETE rows Not APPEND?

Here's one for the gurus,

We use Enterprise Manager's Export Data feature to copy table rows to another server fairly often. ( right-click the table name, Export)

Problem: If we forget to click the ... (elipse) to bring up the 'Column Mappings and Transformations' window, the copied rows will be APPENDED to the destination table.

** Is there any way to change the default to be 'DELETE rows in destination table' **. (Now it defaults to Append rows)
