i am currently testing citrix in my production network. I only have one or two users using it at the moment. My question is that we we have 2 older NT 4.0 Servers running and they are in the mixed mode environment with the win2k server using AD. Is it better for me just to implement a new AD domain with win2k3 and just scrap the older mixed mode stuff?? I am testing Citrix XPe FR3 on a win2k3 box right now. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

our AD is in mixed mode and we don't see any direct issues to that but I would avoid Citrix on NT 4.0. Your Win2K3 environment sounds like a better solution to me.

The alternative to the W2K3 implementation would be to introduce NT4TSE, a pointless excercise IMO. Use the new architecture with TS already available, you won't be sorry.
