can CE administrator cancel user sessions?

As the Crystal Enterprise administrator can I cancel/logoff users from their sessions?

I have been known to go into the CMC->Servers->Crystal APS and disable an account... And then enable it again...

I tried what you said and I see the session is still there and as the user (on our test Crystal Enterprise server) I could still run reports. Was there a detail I missed?

Kill the account - later enable it again.

to reset the users session you either have to
1. Train the uses to correctly log off (yeah right)
2. Make sure that if you customise the interface that you set the references to the infostore and other session objects to nothing on the page unload event.
3. restart the WCS (this will reset all sessions)

there might be other ways to do it but these are what i have found worked.
