Hello All,

Can CAS report realtime (or on-demand), users that are in Send-All-Calls?

Don't think so.

You can set, on the switch, to measure coverage path usage via the change measurement coverage. This will let you specify coverage paths to measure. This report will id the number of calls that went away due to SAC. If you suspect a few people, you can give them an individual coverage path and measure them. Real-time, historical, etc (with limits of last hour, yesterday peak).
 
When you say "CAS" be more specific ... centreVu supervisor i.e.

to prevent it is better than to have it to cure ..
 
I think by CAS he means Call Accounting System and I second the no.
