OUR SYSTEMS ARE:

CallPilot Manager version 05.01.03.03
MY INQUIRIES ARE:
In order to determine if we are adequately provisioned I would like to be notified (in any manner) that all channels were busy/engaged any time this occurs. Is this possible?
Also,
Our Telecom Vendor advised when all channels are busy/engaged callers will continue to hear ringing until a channel becomes available. Is this true and if we wanted to route callers to our main switchboard centre when all channels are busy, could we do this? If so HOW?
