Can call 3353, but not cfw to 3353?

Having a brain fart here. Lost a switch today so starting fresh. I can dial 3353 no problem but cannot call forward to it. That is out call pilot DN. Ideas?
 
Working with Eddie on this... Here is the TNB. We are trying to set key 19 as CFW 4 3353. 3353 is our Callpilot number. This is a 11C PBX trying to set the CFW key to call back to the 81C centralized voice mail. We can get to work when using CLS CFXA but that is not a solution for us, as it works as CFXD in all our other systems. We are set as CFO in both the RDR and FTR blocks. Maybe we'll try CFF again???

You cannot set that in software BTW you used to be able to but it would show against the key but still not be active (Like it shows the last one used on a set, but if you trac in LD 80 you would see the key idle). You have to do key "19 cfw 4" then activate at the set.
 
Gives fast busy when trying to activate at the set.

Can set in software at other sites, but true that its not active until doing it on the set.
 
turned out to be a simple resolution... MWI was missing in the RCAP!
 
Of all the settings in RCAP, MWI (Message Waiting Indicator) not being flagged on your D Channel caused a fast busy when trying to call forward an extension to your voicemail DN? So how did adding Call Forward to External DN Allowed to the CLS allow the phone to be call forwarded to your voicemail DN?
 
Funk... 'CXOA' was missing from the FTR_DATA OPT field, and was requiring us to have to use CFXA. With CXOA, the sets can be CFXD and still call forward to remote networked sites.
