Can ArcServeIT 6.61 backup to another server on the Lan?

No

Can it backup another server on the LAN?

Depends, if it is WE, then no unless it has pro pack, if it is EE then yes, it can back up any other server.

Thanks for your reply, We have a spare server in our building next door which is linked by UTP cable. I was thinking that I could use ArcServeIT 6.61 EE to backup to that particular Server (off-site backup maybe instead of using tape media.

If your thinking of a kind of backup to disk thing, then the arcserve copy is the only way, unless you upgrade to as2000 which allows backup to disk.
