Hi all,

I've created a Sharepoint page which uses a number of graphs to simply show my list information in a variety of ways. These use the PivotChart View webpart and generally speaking (apart from it being a bit fiddly) they work quite well.

I've done most of the customising using the "Commands and Options" menu from either the PivotChart toolbar or by right-clicking anywhere in the chart to display the "Commands and Options" dialog box. However, there's an option in this dialog box to turn off a number of features to limit what a user can do to the chart on the sharepoint site. One of these check boxes is to turn off the option to select the "commands and Options" so that the user is severely restricted from what they can do. The downside as far as I can see is that there's no way (even if like me you created the graphs originally) to turn this option off. There appears from my investigation no way to reverse this which means that the format of the graphs is static meaning any changes require me to delete the graph and start from scratch again which seems a little too awkward to me.

Obviously my question is if anyone has found a way around this.

Cheers

Matt
