Can anyone tell me what to remove with hijack this?

I thought I had posted about this yesterday but cannot find it anywhere, so apologies if this is a duplication.

My wife has a virus on her machine which has been caught by Avira (report below), I have run hijack this and do not know which lines to fix (log below), can anyone help?

If you're talking about this file 494a2418.vir, I wouldn't necessarily do anything. That is the file that Avira caught and quarantined. It it now safe, but I guess you can delete it (from within the Avira program).

What I WOULD do is this:

1. Download TDSSKiller and run it and remove what is found. It will only take about 2 minutes. Reboot if asked.

2. Install and run a full scan with MalwareByte's Anti-Malware and let it remove whatever it finds. Reboot if asked.

3. Update and run a full scan of Avira just to be sure.

Three opinions with no positives and I wouldn't worry.
