Can anyone tell me how to add more phones to MERLIN VIS-10?

Question:

I Have a client who wishes to add two more phones to existing Merlin Vis-10 system. I can run hard line no problem. Is there any sort of special configuring that needs to be performed? Or is it just plug and play set up?

I did work on another sort of pbx in which all I had to do for new line, was to run hard line and plug into different port. No extra programming was needed. Users just hit new extension and it worked. Please tell me that Merlin is this easy..yes?...no?

I am not too familiar with the VIS-10, but for the other Merlins- Yes it is that easy. Just tie into an open port and the phone should become hot. Make sure you know the pinouts and use enough pairs. You may have to change the extension # and program buttons, but the phone should be hot...
