Can anyone resolve these (Apache) error messages?

I have Apache2.0.45 , tomcat1.4.24 ,and jk2 installed.
When I type the address "

http://localhost/examples"

it works fine.
However, these nine errors continue to come up in the error.log file. Any ideas on how to resolve this? Thanks.
