Can anyone recommend a good backup system?

we are looking to replace our current dat tape backup system soon. Having read many reports on the internet (and agreeing with them) about tape backups becoming unreliable and more unpopular we are looking into usb backup methods such as the iomega rev drive.

are there any other similar backup systems offering large levels of backup - that don't use tape?

with the cost of large sata hard drives dropping, you may be better of as we do in running Robocopy to backup files to a remote server with 4 200gig drives, how you want to configure them ie mirrored or raid 5 is up to you, and then back these up to a DLT drive, its been working for us for 2years now, if you need more info just ask.
