Can anyone recommed me a decent Webcam

for video conferencing over a WAN, there are so many different type it's hard to choose one.

I need one that will mainly provide a good clear picture.

Trust spacecam 380 USB2, this webcam has been awarded best buy in several UK magaziines, it retails around £33 in the UK, $42? US.
USB2 is definately a bonus for smooth fast frame rates and this Trust unit is amongst the most affordable offerings with this faster interface.
