Can anyone print envelopes using "Create envelope" in Approach?

Can anyone print #10 envelopes or any size envelopes for that matter using "Create envelope" in Approach 9.7? If so what printer are you using and drivers and do you have to do anything special to get it to print without an error?
Every time I try to print a #10 envelope using create envelope to my HP photosmart 7550 I get the error "Can't print to this kind of paper----choose another printer or change the size of the paper".

See if there's an updated driver or troubleshooting info at HP's web site. If that doesn't help you'll have to experiment with other HP drivers that are compatible with your printer - the ones shipped with Windows usually work OK.

I've no idea what type of printer a Photosmart is. If having trouble with a HP B&W laser, the LaserJet Series II driver always works OK.

Thank you Paul for your answer. I believe your are correct about the drivers. But Microsoft does not have any for this printer. It's a newer Deskjet color printer. And HP does not have newer drivers for it yet and I tried to send Tech support a question about it and of course their email was not working properly.
Thanks again, I'll just have to wait and see.
