Can anyone point me in the right direction-Javascript Pan and Zoom? 1

Hello,

I work for a graphic communications company interested in building a site that includes this slick feature. The URL pasted below is from a shoe retailer, if you mouseover the shoe a cell to the right shows a larger view of the image that can be panned. I'm not a programmer and I apologize for my lack of technical ability. I would appreciate any help that someone could offer. Even if it is a push in the direction of a developer our service that offers something like this. Maybe Amazon????
