Can anyone ID this piece of hardware? Cisco?

Trying to fix a problem for a client and they are asking me to ID this hardware, doesn't look like Cisco to me, anyone have any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Ah, I can see it now.

Looks like passive equipment. As whykap says.
It should have the manufacturer's name on it somewhere - otherwise get hold of the sales catalog from whoever they employ to do their cabling and you should find it in there.
 
Firstly, is there a power cable going into the unit or any LEDs lighting up. If not then its passive like to guys said. If it has power applied to it or LEDs then its something active, back to square one, could be some obscure sort of media converter chassis maybe
 
Rack mount fiber termination panels.
Top two are SC duplex, the bottom one is LC duplex.
