Ok i just started to use macromedia flash to create a website. i use swish to do the flash movies. i have macromedia flash mx, but it is very confusing for me.

anyways right now i wanna know how to make a picture that shows the movie loading. cause i have put my flash movie on the web but it doesnt show it loading. can someone please help how to do that. i would appreciated thank you.

What you're looking to create is called a preloader. You can find quite a few tutorials on how to create one by Googling "flash preloader tutorial", and a pretty good looking one can be found here:

I used this one when I was starting with flash. And it did the work just fine...

since you do you movie in swish probably a tutorial on how to produce a preloader in swish might be more helpful...
