Can anyone get thru to HP's "Online Chat" ??

I cannot get HP's "Online Chat" to do anything?

It takes unnatural acts just to get to it, then it doesn't
respond or one gets error messages.

I tried IE and Mozilla's SeaMonkey and get no-where.

Is this HP or my system ?

I have two HP printers.

I have tested with Mozilla Firefox where it works like a charm...

Did you register in order to participate in the chat ?
