can someone explain the

#exemacro copy.

Eg: Is copy an external routine or an internal forms routine.

 
You must be working on some seriously old forms - exemacro was the way we used to do things in SQL*Forms 2.3, before the invention of PL/SQL. [tt]#exemacro copy[/tt] was equivalent to the COPY built-in in Forms 3+

It's well over 10 years since I last tangled with 2.3, so I'm afraid I've forgotten most of the details of coding for it, but it might give you a bit more to google with.
