Can anyone convert this Claris Draw document?

Hi, I have a .CDD file that I presume is a Claris Draw Document. Would anyone with the appropriate software be able to open this file and convert it to a more PC friendly format eg. gif, jpeg or whatever is easiest.

Were you able to get someone to convert the file for you?

We are able to get them to an EPS file, though I'd like to be able to edit them again.
