Can anyone access KRS before 8:30 am today? I am stuck

I have BCM50 and need to add the 1 port expansion auth code today for a PRI upgrade. I totally forgot to have the keycode file generated by my reseller last week. My CUT is 8:30 Eastern time, and my reseller opens at 9am!

Avaya has announced the implementation of the PASS program starting in July. It is my understanding you have to purchase a PASS contract to access, among other things, software patches and upgrades.

OK, I tried to search Tek-Tips using the thread number I found when I searched' Avaya PASS Program' on google. Apparently I don't know how to search out threads on Tek-Tips, but if you google the phrase, you will find info on it.

Yeah, seems like thats the way they will go. Be nice if they kept us better informed though. Imagine a customer comes and asks about this and no one but Avaya has a definitive answer.....
