Can anybody please tell me what this means?

I'm trying desperately to get my web site back up by signing up for Geocities Pro. Unfortunately after I go through the registration process, instead of confirming that I have purchased it, I keep getting this error:

Not Acceptable. An appropriate representation of the requested resource /yo/vorder4 could not be found on this server.

Nobody at Yahoo or Geocities has ever heard of it, and it's driving me insane! Is this a problem with MY computer, or with their system?

This is a Geocities problem and nothing that we can help with.

You need to sort this out with them.
