Can any recommend a good SyBase Book - Beginner

Hello,

I've got two sybase systems, third party installs, no manuals, no training. I'm looking for any reference material that will help me understand Sybase Central or anything related to Sybase (except SQL). I have Adaptive Server Anywhere 7.0 and Adaptive Server Enterprise 11.0
