I want to write text in landscape orientation on a portrait page using Print Direction command but HP printer is not giving its print according to commands. Code is: Ec&l0OEc&a90PHellllllllllllooooo

You will have to experiment a bit with the cursor addressing.

The cursor was propably rotated off the page. Try adding
a cursor posintioning command AFTER the rotation command.

For example, ...<esc>&a90P<esc>*p500x500YHellllllllooooo
